Julienne Pape arranged this piece in 2022. Montclair Early Music performed it and other music by African American musicians in their concert "Jubilee" on June 26, 2022, in celebration of Juneteenth.  The guitar and cello parts are optional.

Juba Dance is taken from a suite composed for piano by R Nathaniel Dett in 1913.   A pdf of the original piano score is provided for those interested in an early description of the suite.
