This is a whimsical piece in rondo form for SATB recorders. The "Plain", or "A" section is a straightforward hymn-like tune, which alternates with the "Fancy", or "B" and "C" sections, which occur when the players have ingested the schnapps in their pie. Players are encouraged to adopt appropriate postures and slight upper body movements where appropriate.
