Attendees are expected to be able to play low C to high G (octave and a 5th including F#s and Bbs) and read those notes and general rhythmic patterns on the music staff. All music will be provided. You don’t need to be confident, just familiar with these skills - we’ll work on improving them further.

For those of you accustomed to Three Trapped Tigers performance in early music venues, we hope you’ll take this opportunity to hear us in this location. The gallery is a bright, reverberant space, and cool both in affect and temperature. So, do dress to stay warm. If you’re coming from Powell BART/MUNI, the Luggage Store Gallery is on Market St. just past 6th St. (on the corner is GAI Chicken, then Taqueria Cancun, then the colorfully grafittied door to the Luggage Store Gallery. It’s a long flight of stairs but well worth the climb. I’m attaching a photo of the doorway (just look for the 509 Cultural Center Annex/Luggage Store Gallery sign. The door is immediately to the right of the sign).
