Lauzer is offering a program of delightful songs and dances of the English renaissance and baroque, exploring scores by John Dowland, Anthony Holborne, Thomas Morley, and Henry Purcell. Also on the program, compositions by George Frideric Handel, who was born in Germany but worked in London for most of his career. 
 
The three-hour workshop is open to Intermediate I, II and III players.
 
Vincent Lauzer is in Vancouver for the 2022 Bach Festival, performing on August 2nd with soprano and EMV Artistic and Executive Director Suzie Leblanc.
 
This first face-to-face event for BCRS since 2020 promises to be an inspiring journey to the England of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. 
 
In order to ensure safe distancing, BCRS is limiting registration to 25 participants -- BCRS COVID precautions.
 
Cost: CA$30.00 for BCRS members; CA$40.00 for non-members.
