My early music performance practice for recorder players seminar series, sponsored by the Highland Park Recorder Society (NJ), USA), continues with “Ornamenting the Late Baroque Sonata,” on Monday, February 8th, 7:30 PM EST/NYC Time (with a 7:15 PM meet-and-greet). We will explore the differences between “graces” and florid ornamentation and examine selections by J.M. Hotteterre, Handel, Corelli, Babell, Geminiani, and Telemann.
