Description:
The Denver Recorder Society continues their 2020-21 virtual season (third Sunday of every month) on Sunday, March 21, 2021, from at 2-3:30 PM MST. Professional recorder player Annette Bauer will lead this chapter meeting on Zoom, preceded by the chapter's "newbies" session for less-experienced players. All are welcome.

A native of Germany, Annette Bauer studied Medieval and Renaissance music at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, Switzerland, specializing on recorder techniques with Conrad Steinmann (2001). She is also certified in the Orff-Schulwerk method. Bauer has appeared as guest artist with leading early music ensembles throughout the U.S.--including appearing in Cirque du Soleil's Totem.

Payment for online sessions can be made for the entire season as a DRS member for $30, or any guest can attend on a monthly basis for $5/session. Please use DRS PayPal (DenRecSoc, please use the "pay a friend" option) at least one day prior to the meeting.
