The Italians invented the violin, perfected its music, and traveled everywhere. Join Voices of Music for an exciting evening of violin music with Italian roots, featuring violinists Elizabeth Blumenstock, Cythia Miller Freivogel and Augusta McKay Lodge. The program will include music by Biber, Corelli, Marini, Morley, Matteis and Purcell. Hanneke van Proosdij (harpsichord and recorder) will add a delightful woodwind element on select pieces.
