The five basic human senses - sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste - allow us to perceive our surroundings in wondrous ways. Music has repeatedly illustrated how our artform can visually and aurally awaken some senses and touch on those that it may not use directly. In honor of NAVRS’ 5th year, we will explore five pieces of music representing each of the basic human senses that span the centuries. The Zoom link will be live beginning at 1:30 pm Eastern (12:30 pm Central, 11:30 am Mountain, 10:30 am Pacific). Please join us as we will use the time to chat and use breakout rooms to get to know one another. We have announcements approximately 5-10 minutes before the hour and the music begins at 2:00 pm eastern.

Cost: NAVRS Membership is $20 per year and each playing meeting is $15.
