• You MUST register in order to attend a meeting whether it is over Zoom or in person 
• Registration deadline is 9am PT the Wednesday before the meeting
  • We are unable to ​accommodate late registrations
  • Meetings are not recorded
• Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month unless otherwise indicated
• Meetings run from 
  ​7:00 - 9:00pm PT
• ​Meetings are held in Vancouver. The venue name and location will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
• Our meetings are for players who range from Novice to Advanced. Each session starts with easier scores and moves gradually to more challenging materials. Evaluate your level here.
