Beg, Borrow, and Steal: Music NOT for the Recorder
 
Do you love the recorder but wish it had a bigger repertoire? Join recorder player and teacher Teresa Deskur as we continue in the grand tradition of borrowing music from other instruments (and voices) and making it work for recorders! We’ll look at what instruments we most commonly “steal” from and explore how to approach this music in a way that respects the original character of the piece. Enjoy music for flute, viol, and voice like you’ve never seen it before, and come away with ideas for how to find music for your practice or consort!
