Description:
The Denver Recorder Society continues their 2020-21 virtual season (third Sunday of every month) on Sunday, January 17, 2021, from at 2-3:30 PM MST. Professional recorder player Jennifer Carpenter will lead this chapter meeting on Zoom, preceded by the chapter's "newbies" session for less-experienced players. All are welcome.

Professional recorder player Jennifer Carpenter performs and teaches regularly throughout the southwest. A resident of Colorado Springs, CO, she is a member of the Parish House Baroque Ensemble and the duo Byrd on a Wire. Jennifer enjoys teaching as much as performing. In addition to teaching private lessons, both in person and online, she has been on the faculty of early music workshops in TX, CA, NM, CO, and AZ. Her enthusiasm for working with amateur recorder players led her to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Recorder Society for eight years.
